Email support@evalveconsulting.com. Include your iOS version and the app version shown in Settings, and describe what you were doing when the problem happened. Please do not include student names or other identifying student information in support emails.

Common questions

How do I set up a student?

Tap the + button on the home screen, enter a name or initials, and tap Save. Then open the student to add a target behavior, a replacement behavior, and IEP goals.

What data collection formats are supported?

Frequency (count), Duration (start and stop timer), Latency (prompt to behavior start), Partial Interval, Whole Interval, and Momentary Time Sampling. Interval formats run as timed observation sessions with a countdown and a haptic at each boundary.

I recorded an event by mistake.

Tap Undo on the confirmation card right after recording. You can also delete any record later: open the behavior, choose Details and Records, then All Records, and swipe left on the record.

Can I add a note or fix a time?

Yes. In All Records, tap any event to change its time or add a note. For goals, touch and hold an attempt to add a note.

How do I get my data out?

Open a behavior or goal's data screen and choose Export. You can export a chart image, a CSV file, or a text summary. For everything at once, use Settings, then Back Up All Data. The backup is one JSON file you can save to Files or iCloud Drive.

I got a new phone. How do I move my data?

On the old device, Settings, then Back Up All Data, and save the file to Files or iCloud Drive. On the new device, Settings, then Restore from Backup, and pick that file. Restore adds anything not already on the device and never overwrites existing data.

How do I lock the app?

Settings, then turn on Require Face ID (or Touch ID or Passcode) to open. The app locks every time it goes to the background.

Where is my data stored? Is it private?

On your device only. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. See the privacy policy.

What are the known limits in version 1.0?

English only. No iCloud sync between devices (backup and restore is the path). One active target behavior and one active replacement behavior per student. Intervals that pass while the app is in the background are recorded as No. iPhone works best in portrait.
